This book is a great quintessential guide for you to live a healthier and happier life regardless whether you suffer from occasional heartburn or full-blown GERD. It gives a wonderful blend of facts and accessible insight for improving your quality of life and helping you to overcome your acid reflux symptoms.

This book is divided in two very comprehensive sections  – the 1st part is known as The Handbook and the 2nd part is known as The Cookbook. The handbook deals mainly with the technical aspects of this debilitating heartburn acid reflux disease. The medical information is very well written for any layman to understand and at the same time, it provides very updated information about GERD and heartburn.

Thus, you will find this handbook easy to read and digest. This first section alone can be extremely handy to the millions of acid reflux sufferers who are struggling with any form of this disease.

Part 2 of the book is The Cookbook which offers easy to follow recipes that are quite delicious and specially for people who suffer from heartburn acid reflux. I have tried a couple of the recipes and  they are actually quite decent. The great thing about the cookbook is that most of ingredients are readily available and you don’t have to hunt for it. Each recipe comes with a brief introduction, concise & simple directions to follow and also provides nutritional analysis of each dish. Forget about the thought GERD diet food is bland. Start today a brand new of eating to a healthy life.
